Lakeview Landing: A New Chapter for Accessible Housing in Chicago

On June 6, OTR broke ground on Lakeview Landing, a new six-story, 37-unit supportive housing community at 835 W. Addison, just east of Wrigley Field.

The project is a partnership between OTR and Lakeview Lutheran Church and marks a rare opportunity to bring permanent accessible housing to Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. It’s being made possible through the collaboration of numerous public and private partners, including IHDA, NEF, City of Chicago, CHA, CSH, BMO, ComEd, and others.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
