Southwick, with its bold, colorful design both inside and out, opened in the south suburb of Matteson in 2015 and provides accessible, affordable units to 40 residents with mobility impairments.  In 2016, Southwick won the Urban Land Institute of Chicago's Vision Award for best in affordable housing.  In 2017, Southwick received an honorable mention in the Hardie Design competition.  Southwick is located a block away from our Matteson Apartments, and the greater community has been very supportive of this cutting-edge and award-winning project.
